Refund Policy

At Pavika, we strive to provide the best possible learning and user experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.



No Refunds

All purchases made through the Pavika app are non-refundable. Once a subscription, course, or any digital content is purchased, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.



Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:

  • You are charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • The payment was processed but you did not receive access to the service/product.

In such cases, you may contact our support team at contact_us@pavika.org within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the issue, and if your request is found eligible, the refund will be approved and the amount will be credited to your source account within 7–10 business days.
